How verification, rate cards and campaign tracking work
Everything you need to go from an unclaimed handle to a verified media kit brands can trust — and live proof of the results you deliver.
1. Claim your handle
- Sign in, then open your verification hub from the header.
- Pick the platform (Instagram, TikTok or YouTube) and enter the handle you own — no password is ever requested.
- We create a claim and issue a one-time verification code that looks like II-ABC123.
- You can claim several handles; each one is verified separately.
2. Verify ownership
- Paste your verification code anywhere in the public bio of that account.
- Press Verify. We re-read your public profile server-side and look for the code.
- When the code is found, the claim flips to Verified and we pull in your live follower, view and engagement figures.
- Once verified you can remove the code from your bio. Re-checks use the stored verification record.
3. Build your rate card and media kit
- Add a headline, category and location so brands know your niche.
- Enter your pricing in the rate card — you can edit it inline from the creator hub at any time.
- Upload authorised analytics exports for a higher data-confidence tier; those files stay private to you.
- Publish when you are ready and share your verified URL (/c/your-slug) with brands instead of a PDF.
4. Track campaigns
- When a brand books you into a campaign, it appears in your dashboard automatically.
- Your tracking link and promo code record clicks, leads and sales in real time.
- You see the agreed fee and your own performance — the brand's total budget and margins stay hidden.
- Use the totals as proof of performance in your next negotiation.
5. Manage brand enquiries
- Brands message you from your public verified profile.
- New enquiries show an unread badge in your inbox; open one to mark it read.
- Reply by email, archive what you have handled, or delete spam.
- Archived enquiries stay available under Show archived.
6. Keep your profile fresh
- Re-run verification if you change handle or want updated stats.
- Refresh your rate card after big audience growth.
- Upload new analytics exports each quarter to keep the data-confidence tier high.
FAQs
The questions creators ask us most.
Do you need my password or account access?
No. Ownership is proven by placing a one-time code in your public bio. We only read publicly available data unless you choose to upload your own analytics exports.
How long does verification take?
It is instant. As soon as the code is live in your bio and you press Verify, we re-read the profile and confirm within a few seconds. Platform caching can occasionally delay a bio update by a minute or two.
My code was not found — what now?
Check the code is in the bio of the exact handle you claimed, that the account is public, and that no characters were dropped. We show you the bio text we actually read so you can compare.
Can I remove the code after verifying?
Yes. Once the claim is verified the code has done its job and can be deleted from your bio.
Who can see my uploaded analytics?
Only you. Exports are stored privately and are never shown on your public profile or shared with brands. They raise your data-confidence tier, not your exposure.
What do brands see on my public profile?
Your verified stats, headline, category, location, rate card and a contact form — but only after you set the profile to Published.
Can I unpublish my profile?
Yes. Toggle Published off in the creator hub and the public URL stops serving your media kit immediately.
Do I see how much the brand is spending overall?
No. Campaign tracking shows your agreed fee and your own clicks, leads and sales. Total campaign budget and other creators' fees stay private to the brand.
Why do my numbers differ slightly from the platform app?
Public metrics are sampled from recent posts and can lag native dashboards. Verified analytics uploads give the most accurate picture.
Can I claim more than one platform?
Yes — claim and verify each handle separately. Each gets its own verified profile URL.
